What we collect

Your email address and name (from checkout), order and subscription records from PayPal and Stripe (we never see your full card number or bank details), the content you store in context spaces, and technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security.

Why

To create and secure your account, deliver purchases, operate billing, send transactional email (credentials, verification, receipts, status changes) and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information and do not send marketing email without consent.

Where it lives

Data is processed on Cloudflare's global network (Workers, D1, R2) and by PayPal and Stripe for payments. Transactional email is sent via Cloudflare Email Service.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to seven years for tax records. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing admin@axiondynamix.com. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies

We use a single strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember the email you typed at checkout. No advertising trackers.
