Refund Policy

Monthly plans

Cancel any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. We do not pro-rate partial months, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

One-time digital products

Because products are delivered instantly as downloads, we generally cannot refund once a download link has been used. If a product is faulty, not as described or you were charged in error, email admin@axiondynamix.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card), normally within 5 business days.
