How a bundle runs
Each bundle ships 5 knowledge references (3,200–3,900 words per stack), 4–5 fillable templates, the runtime, an installer and a conformance test. Jurisdiction-specific points (employment, tax, consumer law) are marked [local advice] rather than asserted.
- Council. Three specialists deliberate in sequence — each sees the task and the previous agent's output and is told to correct it rather than build on errors. The stage gate requires a structured plan (JSON keys) before anything proceeds.
- Execution. The executing agent produces the actual documents from the bundle's templates, with every unknown marked UNKNOWN rather than invented.
- Verification. An independent verifier, which did not produce the work, lists findings as BLOCKER / MAJOR / MINOR. One BLOCKER fails the run; the bundle never returns unverified work as finished.
python3 axion_bundle.py run <bundle> "<task>" — default endpoint is the AI OS router on your machine; any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works via AXION_ROUTER_URL.
